Key Requirements:
  • Recent Graduate with degree ( HR, Industrial Psychology, General or similar)
  • A strong interest in HR, Talent and Organisational Effectiveness
  • Must have demonstrable experience of overcoming obstacles, you will have reliance and problem solving skills.
  • Matric with pure Maths is mandatory
  • This is a 12 month fixed term contract to gain experience and exposure to the field of Talent & HR. Training is provided.
  • Documents required: CV, matric results, full transcripts.
What will you do?
  • Help to create support material on the performance management cycle (goal setting, mid-year reviews, continuous performance and year end reviews), employee listening strategies, the talent management cycle and any other organisational effectiveness interventions.
  • Assist with communication to HC team as well as the business for the performance management cycle, employee listening strategies, the talent management process and any other organisational effectiveness interventions.
  • Liaise with SIG HC MIS to gather Talent and OE related data and help to visualise this in a digestible format.
  • Assist the HCBPs and HC Advisors on myWorkSpace system navigation or additional dashboard usage.
  • Drive logistics preparation for day 1 & 2 onboarding with the onboarding team.
  • Assist with delivery of on-boarding by being the go-to person on the day related to all logistical items.
  • Drafting contracts for new Talent Acquisition team members
  • Creating employee files
  • Onboarding on myworkspace
  • Ensuring all compliance documents are uploaded on Myworkspace and share drive
  • Requests for hardware (IT)
  • Arranging Access cards and adding to onboarding list
  • Meeting scheduling for team members, as required
  • Logistics support for workshops, as required
  • Travel booking for team members, as required
