Our Graduate Programme gives young colleagues the chance to really get to know and understand the organisation before making a decision about where they may like to work and in which role.
As a global organisation, we offer our graduates the chance to work in a variety of locations around the world, learning new languages, immersing themselves in new cultures and increasing their knowledge about the business.
Throughout the programme, our graduates are supported and guided throughout by our robust and bespoke Graduate Development Framework, and have access to support and mentoring from some of the most senior leaders in Anglo American.
- Has a degree or postgraduate degree (Honours or Masters) in disciplines relevant to mining, in particular, Engineering and relevant sub-disciplines; Commerce; Data Science; HR; Geology; Safety and Sustainability; and Environment
- Strong well rounded individuals

- Has the potential to be a leader
- Can demonstrate drive, ambition and a passion to work for Anglo American
- Who contributes to their community
