Globeleq South Africa Management Services is contracted, on behalf of the shareholders to manage three independent power producing utility projects in South Africa's renewable energy sector, namely namely Aries Solar Power, Boshof Solar Power, De Aar Solar Power, Droogfontein Solar Power, Jeffreys Bay Wind Farm, Klipheuwel Wind Farm, Konkoonsies Solar Power and Soutpan Solar Power. These projects are a result of a truly global partnership with the South African government, Eskom and private sector developers, investors, lenders, constructors, suppliers and local communities.

GSAMS is a wholly owned subsidiary company of Globeleq, a leading developer, owner and operator of electricity generation in Africa. The company has built a diverse portfolio of independent power plants, generating more than 1,200 MW in 8 locations across 5 countries. With a substantial pipeline of power projects in development, the company plans to add 5,000 MW of new power generation in the next 10 years.

We operate our South African facilities to ensure a high standard of employee and public health and safety, minimal environmental impact and compliance with local and international laws, including World Bank guidelines.

We are looking for students who have studied accounting, engineering, law, social sciences, economics , IT and finance related degrees. Student must display organizing and time management skills, a strong initiative and ability to work independently and in a team. Finally, they should have integrity.
