Our 12-month Graduate programme is designed to allow graduates who are passionate about Multimedia design to hone their abilities, by active participation on projects in Learning and Development.   

The successful candidates will be able to build high-quality, innovative, and fully developed designed eLearning, Infographics, Interactive PDFs, Motion Graphics and Animated Videos in compliance with best Learning and Development practice. 

IQbusiness believes and follows strong Learning and Development processes. We foster a solid culture of learning, mentoring and knowledge sharing. Through our program you will be supported in your growth and learning by engaging in practical experience, tool and technology exposure and current forms of educational training.  

Minimum Requirements 

  • Completed Matric 
  • Multimedia Design Degree/Diploma 
  • Knowledge of tools such as Design Tools: Photoshop / Indesign / Illustrator / Dreamweaver / After Effects / Premiere Pro / Unreal Engine / Unity Game Engine / Articulate Storyline 360 / Articulate Rise 360 will be advantageous. 
  • Knowledge in HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript advantageous. 
  • Ability to the travel locally between IQbusiness and our clients, if required

  • Goals. Support in the day to day by always being open to a learning experience.  
  • Cross Functional – Diversify your knowledge and skills by engaging and learning across environments and projects. Show adaptability and impetus by taking on different projects and be able to show resolve in finding a solution.
