  1. We are looking for best suited, young talented candidates with high potential wishing to pursue B Eng or BSc Eng in various engineering disciplines from:
    • Undergraduate level – Comprise of bachelor's degrees including honours degrees (in our context).
    • University of Technology – For candidates wishing to pursue a B. Eng. Tech. degree in Mine Surveying at a University of Technology.
    • Postgraduate level – Master's or Doctorate study in Science or Chemical Engineering.

Majority of our Engineers and Scientist in Training candidates are sourced through our bursary programmes. Bursaries are available from 1st to 4th year of studies, although numbers are informed by business requirements in each level of study. For Engineer/Scientist in Training through our Graduate Recruitment Drive Sasol runs a Graduate Recruitment Drive called a "Top Up" initiative. These opportunities become available when we have insufficient bursars joining the Graduate Development Programme in a particular year.
