    The Prescient Graduate Program, designed to develop individuals with outstanding talent, saw its first intake in 2018 and has continued to grow from strength to strength. Our program provides talented, motivated and driven young Graduates the opportunity to gain exposure to and experience in a leading multinational financial services business.

    We look for Graduates with an Undergraduate, Post Graduate or Master’s Degree in one of the following fields – Economics, Statistics, Maths/Applied Mathematics, Business Science, Investment Management, Actuarial Science, Financial Risk Management.

  • Graduate Programme Details 

    We offer the opportunity for you to join a team of A players, in an entrepreneurial and nimble environment where ideas and solutions to obstacles are encouraged.

    We offer a 2-year fixed term contract where you will be rotated through various business including Investment Management, Stockbroking and Fund Administration Services where you will gain exposure to various elements of the Financial Services ecosystem, honing your skills and experience as you grow.
