We’re hiring a Data Processing Assistant to support raw data ingestion, normalisation, and preparation of high-volume financial and digital asset datasets for our accounting and reconciliation teams. This is rule-based, SOP-driven work requiring precision and attention to detail. No crypto experience required, we train you.

You will clean and structure messy datasets, categorise thousands of crypto transactions, prepare and format data for the reconciliation team, and produce audit-ready outputs. Accuracy and consistency matter more than speed. You must be comfortable doing the same type of task repeatedly with precision.

Required: Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Fluent written English. Ability to follow SOPs and deliver formatted work. Terms: Full-time contractor (40 to 60 hrs/week). Remote with required overlap on U.S. Eastern hours (7am to 3pm ET, approx. 1pm to 9pm SAST). Paid monthly in USD. Minimum 2 to 3-year commitment expected.
