We’re hiring a Reconciliation Analyst to support high-volume crypto transaction reconciliation, cleanup, and accounting data integrity. This is execution-heavy, accuracy-driven work inside an accounting firm serving crypto investors, protocols, and Web3 businesses. No crypto experience required, we train you.

You will reconcile messy datasets, trace wallet-to-wallet fund flows, rebuild transaction histories, categorise thousands of transactions, and produce audit-ready outputs for senior accountants. Work is rule-based, SOP-driven, and requires strong written documentation.

Required: Bachelor’s in Accounting, Information Systems, or Finance (or final year). Strong attention to detail. Fluent written English. Ability to follow SOPs. Comfort with large, unformatted datasets. Bonus: audit, reconciliation, or blockchain analysis experience; advanced Excel.

Terms: Full-time contractor (40 to 60 hrs/week). Remote with required overlap on U.S. Eastern hours (7am to 3pm ET, approx. 1pm to 9pm SAST). Paid monthly in USD. Minimum 2 to 3-year commitment expected.
